Common questions

How do I install the Seby Agent in Slack?

Your Seby team installs and configures the agent for you as part of onboarding. You do not need to do anything in the Slack App Directory -- we handle the deployment directly into your workspace.

How do I invite the agent to a channel?

In Slack, type /invite @Seby Agent in any channel. In Teams, the agent appears in the Apps sidebar once installed by your admin.

Can I control what the agent can access?

Yes. The agent only reads messages in channels it has been explicitly invited to. It cannot access private channels or DMs unless you add it. Your Seby team can adjust scopes at any time.

How do I uninstall?

Contact [email protected] and we will remove the agent and delete your data within 30 days.
